- Project managing and helping to coordinate the work of contractors.
- Regular site visits to check on progress, doing the site inspections and controlling the quality of work, ensuring that the project is running on time.
- Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
- Reviewing Project Shop Drawings and working on it to get it approved in coordination with the contractor.
- Reviewing progress percentages for the different activities executed on site submitted for the monthly payment report.
