Responsible for construction and Facilities management for the following Automotive Brands :
• GMC
• CHEVROLET
• MASERATI• INFINITI
• HONGQI
• DONGFENG
• CARAAGY UNIVERSAL (EXPRESS CAR SERVICES)
• Responsible for preparing the concept design, schematic design, design development and architectural shop drawings
• Clint’s presentation and computer generated graphics
• Managing and coordinating the design process between all disciplines (in-house design and sub consultants and Contractors)

• Residential Compound (60 Villas - Project Area is 10, 000 m2), Al-Khobar, KSA
• Residential Tower (G+15), Al-Khobar, KSA
• Residential Building (G+7), Al-Khobar, KSA
• Al Madinah Gate Project - Al Madinah AL Monawara, KSA. Project Area is 88, 000 m2, contains Hotel, Hypermarket, Restaurants, Park and Petrol Station.
• 12 Villas Compound in Al-Khoubar, KSA.
• Responsible for ensuring the consultants carry out the necessary design coordination with other design disciplines and other design teams
• Responsible for expediting design activities, attending Design Coordination meetings, and constructability studies and analysis, and related cost and time comparisons in relation to architectural design for each of the separate packages
• Assist in conducting detailed evaluation of architectural supporting calculations to ensure all design perimeters have been considered
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor the activities carried out by contractors and provide timely feedback to ensure compliance with the Construction Guidelines
• Assist Client in plot handing-over to Third Party Developers and maintain communication and coordination throughout the construction phase
• Assist in preparing and updating a weekly ‘Situation on Site’ plan
• Assist in review and approval of Logistics Plans submitted from contractors at site

• Al Furjan Project - NAKHEEL, Dubai, UAE
560 Hectares, 5000 Villas, 150 Mixed-Use Plots, Infra-Structure, Village Centers, Schools, Residential Buildings and Hotels.
