• Studying/ analyzing the tender documents like Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Bill Of Quantities, Drawings, and Addendums.
• Quantities take off in order to estimate and price the project using PLAN Swift software.
• Estimating projects using the RAI Estimating system.
• Sending clarification inquires to the consultant during the tender stage for the missing or unclarified items.
• Contact the suppliers/subcontractors with the required materials according to the project tender documents to get the prices for all required materials in order to estimate the project.
• Preparing comparison statements and cost analysis to compare between different companies of the same kind of material or between sub-contractors of the same kind of works

Projects Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Direct, guide, train and develop a commercial team.

• Contract administration assuring contract conditions are applied and documentation of any deviations.
• Managing correspondences with contractors documenting issues, replying for claims, and building counterclaims.
• Negotiating contractors' claims and requests for variation orders. Review contractors' invoices and issue payment certificates.
• Follow up on all governmental approvals for the projects.
• Follow up with the supervision team to ensure that all works executing according to the contracts and specifications.
• Signing contracts and attending meetings on behalf of ICC Managing Director.
• Carrying Commercial evaluation for all bidders.
Senior Architect Responsibilities:
• Leading the architectural design team for assuring that all designs will meet the client’s requirements and comply with the UAE governmental regulations Coordinating between all design departments to finalize the designs and drawings conflicts.
• Leading the presentation team to assure having a final presentation comply with the company standards.
• Evaluate and approve the materials submittals submitted by the contractors. Evaluate team performance to enhance skills, abilities, and productivity.
• Review and approve the shop drawings submitted by contractors.

• Coordinating between site, suppliers, forwarders, cleaning agents, and customs assist in the materials availability process.
• Prepare the material procurement plan and review its implementation to ensure all materials are available on time with the best buy.
• Contact the suppliers/subcontractors with the required materials according to the project contracts to get the prices for all required materials in order to select the best buy according to the project budget.
• Compare between suppliers and get the best buy according to the project budget, specs, delivery, etc.
• Prepare the materials follow-up reports which summarize the status of all project items which will be reported to the management.
• Follow up with suppliers/subcontractors for sample submittals in order to obtain the Clients / Consultant approval/comments.
• Follow up with the Clients / Consultant materials approval procedure. Prepare all materials orders according to the standard documentation rules and regulations.
• Follow up the material delivery process either internally or externally.
• Follow-up with the Project QS to ensure that all purchase items are delivered on the due dates and follow up with the finance department to ensure that the payments are paid in the proper time.
• Keep all concerned parties informed about the status of shipped materials.
• Apply the procurement manuals with the related forms.
• Ensure all materials are available in the due time and with the agreed prices. Update the completion of the suppliers/subcontractors lists.
