- Draft and review various kinds of Contracts & Agreements, briefs, appeals, memos and other legal documents including MOA & Legal Notices.
- Draft memorandums in various legal disputes.
- Responsible for execution section, submit & follow up on execution files.
- Prepare notes and documents data relating to the lawsuits.
- Attest POAs, MOUs and MOAs from the competent authorities (i.e. Notary Public).
- Provide clients with various legal opinions, which assist them to take the right decision in their business and legal matters.
- Follow up and update clients on their matter and ensuring that the procedure is carried out in the proper manner.
- Update company's online system & database on followed lawsuits.

- Conduct legal researches on a range of topics and maintains up to date industry knowledge.
- Conduct internal legal investigations and makes reports on them.
- Attend experience hearings.
- Review and analyse company policies and procedures in respect of legal documentation and recommending appropriate improvements.
- Research on wide areas of Arbitration.
- Prepare and draft different acts and legal submissions, authoritative legal opinions.

- Provide accurate, timely and effective legal assistance, advice and counsel to the clients regarding legal rights, obligations and privileges to enhance their rights and interests.
- Legal research, analysis, drafting on various institutional matters.
- Gather evidence, conduct research and interview clients as well as witnesses.
- Negotiate drafts and reviews content of agreements and contracts.
- Prepare affidavits of corporate legal documents.
- Study police reports, interview transcripts, medical records and other facts to make a case for the plaintiff.
- Plead before the civil courts, defence of the accused in criminal cases, conciliation and mediation between adversaries.
