Conduct daily surveillance of civil works & inspection in accordance to approved plans and
standards.
Coordination with the consultants, site manager and subcontractors to achieve the
required technical and administrative integration
Ability to control, Monitor and update project schedule .
Have experience to work according to saudi specifications and standards
Ability to make price study for projects to apply for tenders and Prepare the
monthly invoices for the works executed and materials delivered within
the specified time and as per the terms & conditions of the contract.
Ensured that construction site is safe and that projects are completed safely and in
accordance with specified standards.
Inspection of QA/QC procedures of clients/consultant
Strong Personality and ability to lead the team .
