LG Egypt has around 1250 staff has 7 branches all over Egypt and a factory in Ismailia it was a joined venture company till 2009 and in 2009 it was bought 100% by LG worldwide and became a 100% Korean company.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all company HR functions and management (Training, Recruitment, Compensation & benefits, medical insurance, social insurance and all pay roll issues also administration, travel & company transportation and all facilities management)
Restructure the HR system of the company by the help of Mercer & KPMG and LG Korea
All recruitment functions and especially the interviews for top positions and final CV review also making contracts with recruitment companies
Company restructure after the merge in Egypt by myself and Mercer and LG Korea
The company works in the Electronic filed & home appliances filed
Sprea Misr & Placticem are part of EKH (Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding company part of Kurafy Group) it has around 750 staff and is located in 10th of Ramadan it was a private company by one owner till 2007 and bought by EKH that year
