• Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals.

• Managing infrastructure design & implementation for all Magrabi Hospitals and Centers in the Gulf region (UAE, Qatar and Oman) and setting up Data Centers in 6 branches including the following:
Network Devices (Cisco Core/Edge Switches, Cisco Routers, Sonic WALL Firewall, Cisco Call Manager, etc.)
Servers (Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Database Servers, Exchange Mail Server, ISA Server, etc.)
Data Center Environment Monitoring System including Temperature Sensor, Humidity Sensor, Voltage Sensor, Smoke Detector, Motion Detection, Liquid Detector, etc.
• Implementing ERP systems including HIS (Hospital Information System) and Financial Modules (GL, AR, AP, Banking, etc.).
• Involved in the installation, administration and maintenance of MS SQL and Oracle databases.
• Implementing network security policies at the regional level and providing requisite expert support.
• Administering and maintaining the company’s infrastructure and directing Junior Innovators.
