Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their Direct selling of luxury cars ● br Understanding the characteristics capabilities and features of luxury cars and providing the potential customer with detailed information including comparing different competitive models br Maintai respon ● Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals. ● Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members ● Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals ● Continually analyze the sales process to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework
