Involved with the commercial management of the Contracts, which mainly comprises evaluation of Contractor submissions and prepare recommendation to the Client, which are timely submission of Interim Valuations to enhance cash-flow, analysis of un-certified items / claims, reviewing of BOQ based on CESMM3, preparation of Site Instructions, finalizing contract claims & variations, prepare cost impact assessment for variation orders, rate derivations, evaluation of quotations, identify the cost saving items & notify to Client and supervise assistant QS on the tasks of quantity measurement and reviewing approved inspection request (INR/ MIR) and prepare commercial reports etc..
In coordination with the site team, tracking periodical site progress and preparation of monthly Interim Payment Application (Invoice), Valuation of Variations, Cost Estimation for various design changes / works, Procure Subcontractors, Prepare Subcontract Agreements for various works, check and certify Sub-Contractors invoices, scope changes and payment certificates of around 37 Sub-Contractors with work scopes of Excavation, Pilings, Waterproofing, Micro tunneling, Traffic Signs, Road Markings, Traffic Barriers, Laboratory Material Testing, Post Tensioning Cabled Bridges & Flyovers, Vehicular Culverts, Stormwater Drainage Structures & Pipelines, Electrical Underground Substations & Pumping Stations and Design Services.
Keeping up with real time execution and site activities including material takeoff, tracking quantities, purchasing activities, following and reporting activities and preparation of monthly progress payment application to Client together progress report. Send Request for Quotation to special Sub-contractors in the procurement of wall cladding, toilet appliances and stainless steel roofing systems. Check and certify Sub-contractor’s invoices.
