Key Responsibilities In :
* Maintain & Develop Enterprise Customers Relationship with Partners through regular Technical Consultancy visits presenting and positioning latest UC Infrastructure Solutions.
* Monitor Customer’s data center/Communication expansions to ensure equipment and resources adequately support to planned business needs.
* Enhance IT Related Decisions that better serve Our Customer’s Customers Business Needs.
* Develop, Recommend and Implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure staff's technical compliance with latest solutions.
* Deal with Vendor’s and maintain required certifications as a trainer and Consultant (Polycom, Vaddio, Barco).
* Design Solution using Microsoft, Polycom, VBrick, Digium hosted on VMware or Appliances Based for Enterprise Customers & SMB
* Work proactively on new opportunities & complicated solutions with our customers.
* Manage Qatar Partner’s Solution Center, Encouraging FVC Partners to sell software solutions beside hardware by delivering knowledge transfer sessions for solution’s architecture focusing on
* Software components integration, Pricing models competition and Positioning Techniques.
* Assist FVC Partners in their sales activities against their competitors.
* Maintain Development Plan Ensuring Vendors compliance with offered integrated solutions.
* Design all engagements technical documentations like (Technical Proposals, Guides, Health Checks for Administrators, Disaster Recovery Scenarios & Implementation Plans).
* Delivering training to customers and partners on Polycom, Microsoft Lync and VBrick Solutions
* Support Partners to Build BOQ, Solution Designs, HLD & LLD
* Execute POC's on Polycom products to customers.
* Providing Technical Advisory Service regarding UC solutions for Microsoft and Polycom products.
* Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
* Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
* Providing demos on latest products in terms of its technical functionality to potential customers and partners
* Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers' met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
* Monitor customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alert the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
* Implementing Integration Projects that depends on Microsoft and Polycom voice and video.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement projects that depend on Microsoft, VMware, Symantec, Kaspersky, and VEEAM Products.
* Deliver official or customized training and Technical Advisory Service based on the above vendors' products.
* Manage & assist the Team technically.
* Support customers using Microsoft as well as VMware technology in terms of hardware and software.
* Make pilots on any of the above vendors' Products for the customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Systems and Users, whether directly or remotely.
* Deliver training to customers and partners on Microsoft based on the certificates achieved such as A+, MCSA, MCDBA, MCAD, and MCTS etc.
* Support the test administrator and manage the test servers as well as workstations.
* Deliver training to the company's employees on the new systems or on any system modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all computer systems of customers were running well and systems were updated.
* Ensure the DSL Service was running to all our customers in good performance.
* Carry out the offsite - onsite trainings.
* Supervise the sales and technical team.
* Measure the customer’s satisfaction to ensure the delivery of optimum service.
