Key responsibility in Al-Fanar:
• Managing the warehousing, logistics & Disruptions planning functions in al-fanar electrical division.
• Enhancing, defining, developing and implementing the plans, policies and procedures,
• Improving and automating all the high standard facilities & technologies for managing the stock movements & inventory control (Mobility, Tracking and warehousing management.)
• Implementation for the ERP system (SAP) with all the related modules for the operations (IM, WM and TM)
• Sharing with the top management for putting the long/short term plans for expansions and insure the readiness for achieving the company strategies and the overall business objectives.
• Ensure the effective implementation of plans, policies and procedures by leading the teams and setting goals and objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees - in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.
• Putting the KPI which is considered as important tool to measure the performance and insure the effectiveness of the policies and procedures.
• Managing and organize the activities for the subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area.
• Making the layouts for all the new warehouses and choosing the type of racks and equipment which achieve the best utilization for the resources.
• Allocating work modules to various teams under purview consistently following up on progress and providing performance appraisals. Including distributes resources (Manpower & material handling equipment) based on Seasonality, current volume, location & future plans.
• Complying with all audit requirements including familiarizing the agreed policies and procedures. Setting up a responsibility structure for all organizational reporting
• Contracting the logistics service providers
• Putting the rules which organize the relation with the LSP and evaluate the service which provided by them.
• Recognizing all the updated requirements from the Government agencies such as civil defense and municipality and putting the plans for achieve it.
• Managing the safety and security section (Guarding, CCTV & FF Systems)
• Member of the business development committee
• Member of the core team whom attending the implementation and the go live for SAP (2010).
• Member of the committee for the choosing the partner and make the implementation for the Transportation module in SAP (2018)
• Project manager for the TM implementation project (2018-2019)
Achievements in Alfanar:
- Putting the plans and Monitoring the operations for moving 30, 000 M^2 warehouses to new locations.
- Reducing the number of warehouses by 70% and the manpower by 40% with improving the service level.
- Increase the storage capacity by 30%.
- Saving more than 3 Million SAR from the rent value for the warehouses by increasing the capacity for the warehouses and decrease the number of warehouses.
- Automate the process for the supply chain operations (GPS tracking, Mobility, WM & TM).
- Creating new replenishment model for the CDT’s in the kingdom.
Key responsibility in Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
• Logistics Manager responsible for all the logistics and transportations and the distribution in Huawei Alexandria.
• Dealing with the logistics service providers.
• Responsible for the Warehouse management
• Responsible for Follow up All the Deliveries to the Sites.
• Manage The Warehouse Operation for Receiving All the Materials in Alex Warehouse and Issue All the Materials to The Sites and Subcontractors. (inbound &outbound)
• Making daily reports for the warehouse operations and all the transactions which done on the stock (Issue & Receive).
• Responsible for the minimum stock for the critical items.
• Manage The Warehouse Team members.
• Contact with the Providers for the Service of Warehousing and Logistics.
• Responsible for Checking and Approving the Invoices which given to the company from the logistics service Providers.

• Achievements in Huawei:
- Team member for the go live team whom make the start up for Etisalat Misr project.
- Managing the operations for the deliveries for more than 800 sites in Alex region.
- Taking the opportunities to manage a different scope of work for the preventive maintenance department & Rollout team.
Key responsibilities in Alexandria Fiber Co.:
• Responsible for receiving from suppliers.
• Responsible for issuing materials to the concerned department and the production line.
• Responsible for receiving finished product from the production line.
• Responsible for issuing finished product to be prepared to be sent to the customer.
• Follow up the PO cycle with Purchase Department.
• Minimum stock level Alarm
• Prepare reports for MIS regarding the store work.
• Responsible for evaluate the stock and discus the auditors.

• Responsible for tender products in warehouses department.
• Received production orders from tender department.
• Send production orders to the production department.
• Follow the production orders with the production team.
• Received the finished tender products.
• Make shipping schedule after the quality controls laboratories taken their decision about the products conform or not confirm.
