shakir restaurant the concept is trying to implement
the fast food procedures my role is
1- staffing and scheduling as per the business needs and base on hourly guest cover and average check
2- ordering stock level as per the usage of the items base on product mix and sold items
3- ensuring of implementation of food safety procedures and safety and security in the restaurant
4- controlling the cost by checking the variance daily /wastage / suppliers invoices and find the root cause .
5- controlling and cost cutting on PL food cost/labor and management cost/wastage /other expenses
6-ensuring everyone is following the proper hygiene and menu knowledge and 100% customer satisfaction
*ensure of implementation of safety and security
within the store including employees and customers .
*ensure the right SSP staffing scheduling and positioning and follow
up assistant manager to implement it at all times
*quality and service and cleanliness is top priority
*capture potential and grap all opportunity to increase the sale in order to increase also the profit
and productivity of our employees
* making sales projection set targets and encourage my people to reach it .

My Education background is faculty of law but after i was graduated i choose hospitality and F&B
