Recruitment & Selection
•Create the annual recruitment plan with the dept. heads and discuss the final plan with the direct manager
•Follow up & confirm before the requested hiring date.
• Responsible for the implementation of hiring processes to meet with the headcount plan and recruitment requests.
• Proceed with the recruitment process by screening cv’s, and scheduling interviews, conducting the initial HR interview.
• Proceed with the hiring process
• Handle all payroll, overtime calculations and modifications on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for the calculations of the monthly payroll, and salaries processing
• Receive/recommend/negotiate all the new hires salaries’ details and enroll them on the company payroll.
• Delete the terminated employees from the monthly payroll.
• Update the payroll system with all changes related to any employee.
• Calculate the tax or social insurance required by law on the employees’ salaries.
• Conduct and participate in the preparation of the salary scheme
OD
• Prepare company’s policies and procedures in compliance with the Labor Law and the company’s internal policy.
• Create, maintain & update the organization & departmental charts.
• Create and update all JD’S and make sure that each employee has his approved JD’S and keep a copy in the employee’s file.
• In charge of employee performance management schemes and all its related issues.
Medical Insurance
• In charge of the medical insurance.
• Responsible for the monthly Medical Additions and Deletions and all medical correspondence
Training & Development:
• Create the annual training plan in accordance with the departments’ heads and the employee’s need for the current & future job requirements.
• Proceed with the training needs in liaison with the training providers.
Personnel:
• Manage all aspects related to the personnel function.
• Prepare the new comers’ employment contracts.
• Review and renew the currents employees’ contracts when needed.
• Follow up & Processing the governmental documents related to the new comers. (Form 1- labor office & social insurance documents.
• Ensure that employee’s files are completed.
• Follow-up on the attendance & vacations of employees and taking necessary actions for the related issues.
• In charge of the hiring and termination of employees.
Audit
• Ensure that all the HR Forms are following the ISO requirements • Represent the HR in the internal & external audits

• Review all financial plans and budgets before I sent the final budget to the top management in order to get final approval.
