5. Formalize the ongoing roaming roadmap Strategy of Etisalat Misr and make sure it meets business requirements.
6. Ensure that the roaming rollout function in Etisalat Misr meets or exceeds industry standards.
7. Overall Responsibility for the management of several International agreements relating to IW SMS and IW MMS.
8. Identify tactics to increase Etisalat Misr roaming coverage / services portfolio awareness among Etisalat Misr mobile subscribers.
9. Define and own the customer experience for the roaming segment.
10. Responsible for the preparation of financial analysis, daily, weekly & monthly reporting with the help of the available business intelligence tools.
11. Develop, maintain and improve reporting tools to perform in depth analyses of outbound & inbound roamers and finally identify untapped business opportunities.
12. Assist with the preparation of business cases, project plans & operational plans consistent with the company main strategies.
13. Responsible for handling all Etisalat Misr commercial launches for all services for inbound & outbound as per the predefined plans.
