Responsibilities:  Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with the client.  Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors and consultants.  Handling selecting and contracting with design, business, marketing and financial consultants, and following-up their work progress and outputs.  Determines project schedule by studying project plan; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.  Monitoring project progress and site work, and taking necessary actions  Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.  Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.  Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.  Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.  Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project  Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.  Communicate effectively with projects’ parties responsible for completing various phases of the project. Projects:  Evora Parks, a new residential compound located in New Cairo and covers 34 Feddan and contains about 1000 residential units including apartments, duplexes and penthouses. The project is designed on the Mediterranean style. The project is developed by the Egyptian Developers for Real Estate Company and its value is about 945 million LE  Hispania Resort-North Coast, a luxurious resort covers 267 Feddan at Ghazala Alalamin, the project accommodates about 2250 residential units including standalone villas, attached villas, townhouses, apartments and studios, in addition to different commercial, recreational and touristic centers. The project is designed on the Modern Architectural Style. The project value is about 2.3 billion LE  The Shore Resort-North Coast, a luxurious resort covers 170 Feddan at Ras Alhikma which is developed by Abraj Misr, the project accommodates about 1200 residential units with different spaces, recreational areas, health club & spas, social club, two hotels and conference halls. The project is designed on the Modern Architectural Style and took into consideration Green Architecture principles. The project value is about 1.4 billion LE  The Gate Project, a Multiuse complex located in the heart of Cairo with 4.5 billion LE as total development investment developed by Abraj Misr. The project contains of seven residential towers, 5-star hotel, commercial spaces, high-end shopping mall and four basement floors designed as a parking. The project follows the green architecture approaches and targets LEED Gold. The project design team includes 15 international and local engineering consultants, architectural consultants and energy consultant. The conceptual design of the project was developed by VCA; a French Architect specialized in the green architecture.  The Link, a unique resort project in the area of Suez Gulf, the project consists of two plots located on both banks of Suez Gulf and connected by a waterway. The project includes two marinas (one marina in each side), hotels, residential units and retail area.

Responsibilities:
 Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective opportunities, and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch
 Assist Country Director in developing regional objectives, and in formulating policies and budgets
 Preparing branch’s strategic and action plans

 Maintain contact and relationships with customers, building a favorable company image. Resolve problems and complaints as they arise.
 Monitoring, supervising and directing technical and financial proposals for different engineering consultancy services
 Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
 Managing registration, classification issues and requirements
 Oversee branch financial management
 Control budget and expenses within the branch
 Achieve the profitability objectives of the branch and organization
 Direct all operational aspects of the branch
 Supervising and participating in developing projects plans and time schedules
 Coordinate technical and financial issues with Headquarters’ team
 Ensure that all areas of work performance are properly staffed and directed
 Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the branch operation
 Take prompt corrective action as needed
 Recruit and coach staffs on professional knowledge and job-related skills
 Provide coaching, development and motivation to get the best of each team member
 Take on the responsibility for evaluation of all employees
 Communicate effectively with other branches and senior managers by sharing information on effective practices, business opportunities and needs

Responsibilities:
 Coordinate with the Client and Client Representatives to understand projects’ design requirements, objectives, concepts and approach.
 Manage project’s design scope through all design stages.
 Participate in and give recommendations to the client through the process of selecting and assigning design consultants.
 Manage and direct design consultants to ensure delivery of high quality professional services within timeframes and approved standards.
 Evaluate and assess design deliverables prepared by the consultants before passing them to the client and/or before issuing them for construction.
 Ensure smooth and correct relation between different design stages and disciplines.
 Participate in developing project time schedule for the design stages.
 Take any necessary actions to solve any crises or plan deviation.
 Develop and deliver a Monthly Design Progress Report.

 Citystars Katameyah: An integrated project located in one of the most prestigious districts of Cairo. The project’s land extends over an area of 245, 000 M2 with over a kilometer of frontage on the Cairo Ring Road. Citystars Katameyah in New Cairo includes a retail and entertainment center, an office district, luxurious residential towers, Crown Plaza Cairo Citystars and Staybridge Suites Cairo Citystars hotels.

 Citystars Sharm El-Sheikh: A prime 7.5 million M2land located 60 meters above sea level surrounded by high mountains. The project is the first integrated development of its kind in the city of Sharm El Sheikh which contains the largest swimming pool on earth, world class hotel resorts and serviced villas, an 18 hole signature golf course with islands and crystal lagoons surrounded by retail, recreational & educational areas.
