Automatic car parking system (Capacity 2300 cars) in Kuwait
Responsibilities:
1- Managing Automatic car parking system installation, commissioning and testing.
2- Operation and maintenance of parking.
1- KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) Comprehensive Maintenance of SCADA Systems in North Kuwait Areas.
2- KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) Operation, maintenance and upgrading of ‘SCADA-GIS’ system for water and gas networks.
3- MEW (Sabyia power station) Fire alarm and fighting system (Site Engineer)
Responsibilities:
1- Liaising with client representative for site instructions and project activities.
2- To interface with Client’s operation staff and keep them informed of maintenance completion status and coordinate with client.
3- Dealing with Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to achieve accuracy and better project performance.
4- Leading team of work to comply with contract specifications and company rules.
5- Reporting for Project Manager for maintenance and project activities.
6- Supports the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at site.
7- Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for running project.
8- Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all related works at site.
9- Plans the execution of all maintenance related works and coordination.
10- Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
11- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved contract documents and project specifications.
12- Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.
13- Responsible for activities related to trouble shooting and repair works during running of project.
14- Perform preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance on site.
15- Coordinate with company Quality Assurance and Quality Control division to ensure that all contract documents ready in standard manner.
16- Implement the HSE polices and processes as per the standards and company requirements.
1-Troublshoting and maintenance of very wide range of instruments like flow meters, level meters, control valves, gas analyzers, etc…;from many manufacture like FISHER, ROSEMOUNT, MICROMOTION , ENDRESS+HAUSER, METSO and SAMSON, etc…
2-Management two DCS system:
*Delta V (Emerson)
*Freelance & DidiVis (ABB)
Using both DCS to control three chemical plants (Formalin, Form Urea and
3-Work as a project engineer with CHEMTEX consulting company (India) to prepare P&ID for Formaldehyde plant (Capacity :200 Tons/day)
Also work as Instrumentation audit during instrument installations and commissioning of DCS. (Startup was in March 2009)
4-Work as a project engineer to make fire alarm and fire fighting in Methanol storage tanks in Damitta Port (6000 m³ capacity), also all instrumentation required for filling.
