•As Projects Manager
o Managing all wireless telecom (2G, 3G & 4G) & microwave implementation projects for multi-vendor with multi-operator in Saudi Arabia starting from project initiation till project closing
o Managing field maintenance projects for multi-vendor with multi-operator in Saudi Arabia.
o Manage the projects scope with the customer to proactively manage scope changes through the duration of the project, including cost, quality, and - schedule impacts.
o Proactively manage project financials and ensure that all changes (positive or negative) in the estimated cost at completion are documented, approved and communicated in a timely manner.
o Develop and maintain the Project Schedule, providing timely updates regarding any schedule change to all stakeholders.
o Manage project risks in a timely manner to ensure that adverse outcomes are minimized.
o Manage project team to make the most effective use of available human resources.
o Plan and managing hiring the projects team (coordinators, Engineers & technician) as per the requirement during the project life cycle.
o Plan and supervise the handover process from the former Companies in field maintenance projects.
o Follow the preventive maintenance schedule to meet the customer monthly, quarterly and yearly plans.
o Follow the corrective maintenance actions to make sure that the action done within the SLA.
o Manage project team to make the most effective use of available human resources.
o Prepare the necessary reports (daily, weekly & monthly) about the project status and activities updates to costumer and higher management.
•As Business Development Manager:
o Identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals.
o Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
o Find potential new customers, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future
o Managing the company business in the telecom industry with vendors based on yearly inquires.
o Preparing cost estimation studies for all the new business to support the management for decision making.
o Being a single point of contact for all customers’ RFPs, RFQs & RFIs.
•Responsible for all the acceptance procedures with the customer starting from taking the site from the rollout teams till perform the final acceptance with the customer.
•Managing the acceptance teams (Telecom, Transmission, Civil & Electromechanical) in the daily tasks to achieve the requested targets
•Follow the subcontractors’ companies (11 subcontractors) to prepare sites and clear the snags in no time in order to finalize the acceptance with the customer.
•Prepare the necessary updates and reports to the customer and the higher management about the acceptance progress
•Attend regularly meetings with the customer to discuss all the acceptance related issues.
•Managing all the 2G, 3G & Transmission MS activities in Saudi-ZAIN Managed Service project in the Eastern Province (more than 700 sites)
•Managing and follow up 6 sub offices (Dammam, Jubail, Houfof, Hafr Elbaten, Sekakah and Arar) which handle the preventive and corrective actions in all the Eastern Province.
•Prepare the necessary reports (daily, weekly & monthly) about the project status and activities updates to costumer and higher management.
•Attend regularly weekly meeting with the customer to discuss the network performance and the open issues.
•Managing and follow up the handover process from deployment for all the newly integrated sites (2G & 3G), BSCs, RXCDRs, PCUs. Also the new expansions done for the existing sites.
•Follow up sending of the faulty equipment back to the repair center.
•Follow up the warehouse status and monitor for any material shortage.
•Manage, supervise and support the maintenance teams for all corrective maintenance activities to finish it and close any opened trouble ticket in the shortest time.
•Responsible for all the implementation activities of the new 2G network elements \[sites (Macro & Micro), BSCs, RXCDRs & PCUs\] in Alexandria & the North Coast region for Mobinil GSM Network.
•Manage & follow up the daily activities (upgrade, re-configurations & Sites E1s upgrades).
•Manage, support & follow up the implementation teams to ensure the execution of the required activities in the required time with the best quality.
•Manage, supervise and support the maintenance teams for all Level 2 maintenance activities to finish it in the shortest time.
•Provide technical support for the customer to maintain the network.
•Prepare the necessary reports to the customer and higher management about the project status
•Responsible for the implementation of the new 2G network elements \[sites (indoor, outdoor), BSCs, RXCDRs & PCUs\] for ZAIN (MTC-Vodafone) GSM Network.
•Responsible for the implementation of the new 3G Node-Bs( Macros & Minis)
• Following up and supervise the subcontractors companies (to ensure the quality of the work and to be in schedule) in the installation of Indoor and Outdoor sites.
•Coordinate with the customer for all the implementation activities.
•Follow up and review the materials status in the warehouse and issuing the materials needed for the subcontractor.
•Follow up sending of the faulty equipments back to the repair centre.
•Provide technical support for the customer to maintain the network.
•Prepare the necessary reports to the customer and higher management about the project status.

• Responsible for the Commissioning, Integration, Upgrade, Reconfiguration, Downgrade and maintenance of Motorola BTS's (MCELL6, Horizon macro, Horizon II macro, Horizon micro and Horizon microII).
•Responsible for the Commissioning and Integration of Motorola BSCs, PCUs and RXCDRs.
•Managing and supervise the installation teams to ensure the installation quality
•Responsible for the Commissioning, Integration, Upgrade, Reconfiguration, Downgrade and maintenance of Motorola BTS's (MCELL6, Horizon macro, Horizon II macro, Horizon micro and Horizon microII).
•Responsible for the Commissioning and Integration of Motorola BSCs, PCUs and RXCDRs.
•Responsible for providing the customers with full IT support and network problems solutions.
•Outsource IT engineer for some companies
•Installing local area networks (LANs)
•Installing Wireless local area networks (WLANs).
•Maintenance of all types of computer hardware.
•Responsible for selling communication systems like PBXs and ISDN LAN modems.
•Working in the planning and the execution of the PSTN (Public Services Telephone Network) for some public exchanges in Egypt.
