•As Projects Manager
o Managing all wireless telecom (2G, 3G & 4G) & microwave implementation projects for multi-vendor with multi-operator in Saudi Arabia starting from project initiation till project closing
o Managing field maintenance projects for multi-vendor with multi-operator in Saudi Arabia.
o Manage the projects scope with the customer to proactively manage scope changes through the duration of the project, including cost, quality, and - schedule impacts.
o Proactively manage project financials and ensure that all changes (positive or negative) in the estimated cost at completion are documented, approved and communicated in a timely manner.
o Develop and maintain the Project Schedule, providing timely updates regarding any schedule change to all stakeholders.
o Manage project risks in a timely manner to ensure that adverse outcomes are minimized.
o Manage project team to make the most effective use of available human resources.
o Plan and managing hiring the projects team (coordinators, Engineers & technician) as per the requirement during the project life cycle.
o Plan and supervise the handover process from the former Companies in field maintenance projects.
o Follow the preventive maintenance schedule to meet the customer monthly, quarterly and yearly plans.
o Follow the corrective maintenance actions to make sure that the action done within the SLA.
o Manage project team to make the most effective use of available human resources.
o Prepare the necessary reports (daily, weekly & monthly) about the project status and activities updates to costumer and higher management.


•As Business Development Manager:
o Identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals.
o Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.
o Find potential new customers, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future
o Managing the company business in the telecom industry with vendors based on yearly inquires.
o Preparing cost estimation studies for all the new business to support the management for decision making.
o Being a single point of contact for all customers’ RFPs, RFQs & RFIs.
