* HR Technical process in core modules PA, OM, TM and PY.
* Support the daily and monthly Payroll run and errors.
* Provide Best-Practice guidance on customer processes HCM/SF.
* Provide professional SAP HR assistance training to end users or new comers.
* Manage clients’ requests and providing business solution through SAP.
* Test HCM UATs and support for the admin, super admin and users.
* Have good knowledge in using XML data models (import and export) in provisioning.
* Have good knowledge in Role based permission RBP and manage the user’s roles in the instance.

* Support the process of EOS calculation and the employee benefits payments.

* Analyze and maintain the integrity of Human Resource Information system HRIS.
* Screens CVs, interviewing the candidates and evaluates them according to the job requirements.
* Handle the new hired orientation till completing the necessary hiring documents.
* Develop company's organizational charts annually with line managers considering O&D objectives.
* Update job Analysis (job description and job specification).
* Prepare job evaluation by Hay Group System.
