- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

- Ensuring the delivery of structures according to work schedules.
- Sets up and executes assigned engineering activities such as detail design, verification and studies relevant to any engineering topic associated to Discipline, design optimization in term of costs, fabrication simplicity and safety.
- Controls manufacturer's shop drawings and connection calculation notes and details.
- Supervises/Approves steel structure drawings issued by designers and
draftsmen.
- Implements field engineering activities.
Supervise and maintain productive sales staff that continually increases income and opportunity for the company. with supervisor and other senior team leaders, set ambitious and achievable sales goals, and lead sales staffbin a proactive, positive and productive manner to meet these goals.
