Responsible to all aspect of Health, Security, Safety and Environmental on hotel
premises and colleagues accommodation.
* Coordinate and organize day to day operations of HSSE including inspection
calendar, Planning and controlling.
* Coordinate the development and implementation of the HSSE standard.
* Organizes and conducts employee HSSE orientation in line with DRR culture of
excellence.
* Prepare safety plans for specific events.
* Organize special HSSE arrangements during events.
* Prepare daily HSSE reports and formalize action plan then prepare monthly report.
* Relevant Fire Safety trainings are conducted to all colleagues.

Responsibilities
* Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based
healthcare staff

• Dealing with chemicals (solvents) and ensure earthing system is adequate and existing. • Maintain work permit procedure before high risk tasks (washing tanks working at height -hot works-.....). • Consultation with management to improve safety procedures and Prepare objectives and safety KPI's progress on yearly basis with reference to previous years. • Track and advise line management for overdue or expired permits, certificates, forms and maintain records and hard copies of all National Paints documentation as per document retention policy. • Develop and prepare the required risk assessment, TBT and commissioning safety orientation when required. • Supply accurate data and reports regarding National Paints status to OSH and management teams. • Examine the fire extinguishers and fire boxes, check the fire pump room, test the fire plan, and follow up on the daily attendance and departure of emergency teams. • Going to the electricity room, passing through the emergency doors, and making a report on the notes on a daily basis. • Providing the necessary tasks for the workers and following up on the workers in wearing the protective gear. • Going over the nitrocellulose store and checking the safety of solvent cocks and balance connections, passing over the waste area and securing it on a daily basis. • Following up on hot works (cutting and welding works). • Coordinate training courses where appropriate for any unfamiliar or hazardous operations being introduced onto the project and ensure the safety awareness remains high at all times. • Work to organize the maintenance of firefighting equipment's, equipment, and alarm devices, in accordance with the instructions of civil defense and occupational safety and health. • Submit a report periodically on the alarm and fire network in the factory. • Submit new proposals and ideas to develop work and increase the level of occupational safety and health in the factory.
