 Lead Autonomous maintenance team (4 technicians).
 Following up all installations and operations of any new machines.
 Preparing and update all the machinery manual and spare parts list.
 Preparing the annual needs of the spare parts.
 Down time analysis for all lines and machines.
 Overview weekly and monthly all lines performance to identify action plan.
 Oversee operation, maintenance, or repair to ensure that machines or equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
 Distribute and follow-up on maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with the maintenance requests.

Working as a Maintenance Engineer with a team of two technicians to perform:
 Sudden and periodic maintenance failure for PET lines (SIPA, Sidel and Krones Machines).
 Daily follow up checklists for all machines.
 Daily reports about total production and sudden failures of production lines.
 Down time analysis for all lines and machines.
 Install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements.
 Overhaul for PET lines (SIPA, Sidel and Krones).
 Changeover for PET lines (SIPA, Sidel and Krones).
 Overhaul for high pressure air compressor (40bar) with team Ateliers Francois.

Mechanical Engineer
 Management, planning and follow up aircraft maintenance process.
 Working closely with the supply department by providing spare parts needed to finish the job.
 Maintenance and repair for mechanical and pneumatic aircraft parts.
 Technical submittal and technical orders (T.O.) for aircraft parts.
 Attending meetings to discuss and review plans of aircraft maintenance process.
 Structural Field, design 3D modeling, 2D drafting for parts, assemblies and make structural stress analysis by using unigraphics(UGS) and solid works software’s.
