I was able to solve a major problem, when we try to convert AutoCAD Files has Arabic Annotation Into ArcGIS 8.3 GeoDatabase Format. The Arabic text never converts in the right way, so I designed and develop a simple utility that completely solving the problem, so work has a great utilization of old maps made by AutoCAD into a new GIS System.
I used to give advices about work hardware demands considering the performance needed and cost.
