I work in electrical installation for Halayeb Company for dairy products and juice in new Damietta since 1/11/2009 to 30/10/2012 in following areas: • Design, implementation and maintenance for power and control panels and PLC panels by using Siemens S5-95 and S7-200 type. • Designed control panels for ventilation system, cooling and Freezers system by using general control (relays, timers and other control devices). • Designed control panel for bactofuge system by using PLC Siemens S5-95 and programming the PLC and connect the all wiring and connect air tubes for all solenoid valves and use RTD, level sensor, flow meter, pressure sensor and PID system. • Designed and programmed Siemens S7-200 control panels for Pasteurizers, ultra filtration unit, Soft and hard cheese production lines, Carbonated and anon carbonated juice production line. • Maintenance of electrical forklifts, elevators and packing machines (Lekkerkerker, Tetra Pack). • Change PLC and programmed it for TetraPack tray and CIP machines
