•Administrating the NMS of the company’s data center in Rennes-France.

• ICC is the Data Operations Center of four cities; each city has its own network which connects faculties together within an expanded area then connecting them through a WAN frame relay connection to ICC in Ismailia.
• Working with sun Solaris servers such as Sun Fire® V880 server and Sun Fire® 280R server. Implementing and administering DNS service, Web service, Mail service, FTP service.
• I am familiar with 3com® network solutions such as 3com® 7700 managed switch, 5231 router and managing them through 3com® network director also through command interface.
•As I’ve been teaching IT courses to Egyptian graduates selected by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) coordinated and supervised by IBM Egypt. These students were organized and given courses formed as tracks in a lot of fields which was called Egyptian Graduate Project (EGP) in a period of six months.

• Web Development Section: Dream weaver, Photoshop, Flash, JavaScript, ASP, PHP, CGI using Perl, Databases such as MySql, Microsoft SQL, Access and DB2 courses
