POSITION : Fragrance Consultant
RESPONSIBILITY
Drive sales to achieve accelerated growth in store
Traffic stop with ‘new’ launches and key products from the fragrance portfolio
Make certain the fragrance stands/shelves are fully stocked and that all products are stored by brand
All displays are strictly in accordance with Company Visual Merchandising guidelines and plan grams
Create tailored events and on customer activity during promotional period
Provide regular feedback to your Area Manager on issues effecting business performance i.e. stock levels, store support and programmed
Ensure all Company communication is read promptly and action all relevant points
Make order for short stock take in consideration showroom polices
Develop and maintain good working relationships with all store based personnel
Willing to work cooperatively as a team member. Possesses persuasion
Desire to achieve sales and passion for the fragrance
Responsible for event for new lunched and arrangement of the event and contact
With V.I.P customer to attend event
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
• Monitor customer preference to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate or other subjects of sale.
• Determine price schedules and discount rates.
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations.
• Confer or consult with department head to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
• Advice dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
• Represent company at trade association meetings the promote products.
