Advice management the requirements & responsibilities of Company’s Policy of Health, Safety & Environment as per the requirement of site or plant .
Reports to the general manager for carrying out assigned duties.
Trainer and Working by OSHA standard (1910-1926) & American (NFBA) standard.
To lead the HSE Team on HSE matters, maintain & promote HSE awareness at all levels of the company & develop a safety culture.
Conduct workplace inspections, to ensure that safe working methods and safety measures are in place. Rules & regulations are maintained and adhered to, with authority to introduce alternative arrangements for improvements when applicable and if considered necessary.
Attend a HSE Meeting on Management, HSE Officer & discussing the HSE matters requiring attention & necessary action.
Monitor regularly & record the effectiveness of the HSE Policies, Safety Procedures, Existing work methods & Risk Assessment.
Conduct HSE Inspection & Participate in HSE Audits on established procedures on a regular basis.
Maintaining an adequate system of investigation, reporting & keeping record of accidents, incidents & near miss reports as per HSE Plan
Patrolling activities to ensure implementation of HSE requirements & procedures advising necessary recommendation.
Advise about suitability from a HSE view point of new & hired plant & equipment & validity of all appropriate test certificates.
Communication with the client & principals.
Processes in the natural gas & ammonia liens.
During IVLD Com. Shutdown the plant from Oct. 2016 to Aug 2018
At ADMARINE (1) Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU) with the following Rules:
Coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
Support the HSE Director in ensuring HSE compliance offshore and perform.
Daily Follow-up with unit STC and Permit controller.
Regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations.
Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
Shall ensure proper and timely reporting on HSE matters i.e. Daily HSE report, STOP cards tracking & Participation report, weekly HSE meetings, weekly drills according to ADES Drill Matrix, monthly HSE meetings, weekly HSE inspection, etc. and shall report other performance indicators as appropriate.
Manage Safety Statistic reporting. Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting.
Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.
Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
Support offshore HSE personnel's in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.
Monitor that the department's operation meet HSE standards and governmental regulations.
