Responsible for operation and maintenance of plant utilities (Boilers, air compressors, water treatment plant, water pumps, pure steam generator, distiller, Lyophilizer, Refrigerators, Boilers, Generators, Diesel forklift, Electric forklift, plumping, Etc.) for all manufacturing areas (solid, Syrup, semi-solid, sterile).
Responsible for HVAC system operation and maintenance (chillers, air handling units, cooling tower, pumps, PMS).
Responsible for planning and follow up of preventive maintenance plan and corrective maintenance
Train, lead and develop utilities technicians into efficient troubleshooting and timely repairs team
Responsible for issuing, modifying and supervising documentations.
Responsible for third party maintenance contracts (Issuing & implementation).
Responsible for supervising the running projects (Liquid and semi-solid areas) till the project handover.
Responsible for equipment erection and qualifications (engineering issues).
Determine URS for new equipment.
Designing and supervising implementation of facilities modifications.
Participating in HVAC & compressed fluids validation.
*Design Hvac system for all new areas that constructed in the main factory( shop drawing & load estimation at HAP program & all hock up for chilled water system )
*Responsible for HVAC system operation and maintenance (chillers & air handling units &cooling tower & pumps).
*Responsible for utilities of main factory (Boilers & Generators & Diesel forklift & Electric forklift & Air compressors & Air dryers & Refrigerators).
*Responsible for periodic & emergency maintenance of AtlasCopco air Compressors and dryers in all the Suez Canal area.
*Spare parts analysis & sales.
*Start up all new air stations in the area.
*Responsible for diesel engines maintenance for generators at after-sales service department
*Spare parts analysis for generators
*Director of Franchise adoptions Carrier Office in Ismailia branch.
*Responsible for a team of 7 members for maintenance of adaptations in Ismailia area.
