Level 3 Troubleshooting PE-CE routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, RIPV2 and Static).
Level 3 Troubleshooting access and core OSPF/MPLS network problems.
Level 3 troubleshooting MPLS L2 & L3 VPN on PE routers Cisco 7206VXR, 7600, ASR1K, GSR12K & Juniper M7i, M10i, MX104 & M320.
Level 3 troubleshooting network backbone routing and QoS issues.
Level 3 troubleshooting on Wireless cases and dealing with different Wireless vendor (Systel, Alkan, E-connect, Next Generation and Pro light).
Troubleshooting Global Data Services issues with upstream and third party providers (Telecom Italy, Verizon Business, PCCW, TATA communication, Orange…).
