- Maintaining accuracy of Sales Ledger records of the business.
- Obtaining accurate booking information’s for collections booking.
- Determining the advances that are to be offset as soon as an invoice is raised with
the correct invoice no.
- Issuing advance invoices for advance payments as per (VAT) requirements.
- Printing the Advances two times in a month and offset it with the respective AR.
- Booking CN’s & W/Offs & refunds in system.
- Sending SOA to Sales Engineer and coordinate with them as and when it is required.
- Performing the month end closing procedures with CCD team within the deadlines.
- Checking Unidentified accounts periodically and makes the necessary adjustments.
- Adjusting any wrong entry as required.
- Monitoring Bank Statements and sending it to Sales Engineer daily for any unidentified
collections or TRF’s.
- Giving the full support to Sales Engineers if required.
- Preparing the all required reports.

Follow up with customers regarding payments.
- Entry cash and long - terms bills on system.
- Prepare reports to financial manager about number of customer's term and known
remaining balance.
- Follow-up all collections and record it on system and excel.
- Determine the collection dates.
- Monthly clothing's and preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Assist with year-end clothing's administrator accounts receivable.
- Analysis daily expenses and prepares the journal entry.

- Record receivable collection from salespeople on Excel.
- Monthly inventory in the month end.
- Full responsibility for the accounts of stores and inventory Monthly.
