Responsibilities:
▪ Manage and coordinate the operation effectiveness of all assigned food location
▪ Implement and enhance high level of service quality and sanitation standards within all facilities
▪ Ensure that all guests are served in an efficient and friendly manner
▪ Hands on approach in all operation, leading by example, being creative
▪ Spend time daily each facility to provide constructive and positive feedback for improving operation
▪ Responsible for the weekly scheduling of all FOH team members
▪ Monitor handling of cash and inventory on daily weekly and monthly basis
▪ Responsible for maximizing revenue and per capita spending goals within assigned outlets
▪ Monitor cost controls in the areas of labor, food &beverages costs and other direct expensive and safety liability
Follow restaurant manager assigned tasks and goals, and assist the floor restaurant supervisor.
Provide excellent customers service to ensure customers have a positive dining experience and ability to handle and resolve customers complaints.
Communicate with all employees to make sure everyone is working hard to take care of all customers and observer if they are up selling.

Monitoring the waiters, assigning tasks and solving guests complaints.
Maintained a neat and clean restaurant area all time.
Following and applying sequence of the service, greet and assist customers, help and advice, paying attention to details for promoting company service quality.
Focus on the guest orders and follow up if necessary with good communication to kitchen incharge.
Knowledge and enforcement of all food and beverage menu including ingredient preparation methods and presentation.
Welcoming the guests and showing their appropriate seats.
Presenting the menus and recommending some items they want to eat.
Responsible for serving food and beverage.
Cleaning and polish the glassware and silverware.
To provide a welcome service to our business passenger at check in, and at other customer service touch points and assist in smoothing the customers journey through the airport.
To provide customer recognition our frequent fliers through individual contact on each journey through the airport.
Dealing with passenger enquiry about flight departures and arrival taking car of people with special needs and unaccompanied children skills, qualities and strength punctual.
