Receiving emails from outside projects. distributing
tasks to the foremen in charge., follow up the
implementation of the tasks assigned to them.
- Provide TPI For Equip & driver, safety inspection for
any equipment.
- Prepare maintenance reports and follow up
required spare parts.
- Follow up the performance evolution for the
maintenance team.
- Follow up the breakdown reports., accident
procedures., spare parts status.
Incharge about all company equipment, maintenance and spare parts, provide the necessary reports ( breakdown & repair) , insure that all equipment are running in a good condition and smoothly, provide TPI for both equipment & drivers, make a connection between workshop & administration, responsible about mechanics & electricians are working in workshop
Follow up the required maintenance, follow up
tasks' implementation given to the maintenance
team., prepare the necessary maintenance reports,
- Follow up the performance evolution for the
maintenance team.
- Follow up spare parts status.
