Responsibilities:
Leading a team of over 300 person consists of 4 site engineers + 2 general foreman + 4 foreman+ 4 charge hand + 2 surveyors + 10 services team + 80 labor + sub-contractors) to construct Gate 1 Zone which consists of :
- 5 stars Luxury Hotel with footprint area of 13, 000 m2
- Zone 10 in Mall with footprint area of 10, 000 m2
- Zone 11 in Mall with footprint area of 12, 000 m2
a Medium sized construction company operating locally in Qatar where I was assigned responsible for managing company projects from initial stage up to final handing over stage along with strategic, financial and stuff planning for the company operations, projects included ( Hotel, shopping mall, 2 industrial factories, private villas & buildings).
Project: AL-Khor Complex (145 villa + 20 flat buildings + shopping mall + club house + school + mosque)
Built up area: 121, 046 m2
Client: Hamad Medical Corporation ( governmental organization)

Responsibilities:
Leading construction team to construct 48 villas and a school. The Scope includes Concrete & finishing works, landscape, and infra structure works, final handing over
A huge semi governmental organization investing and operating in different countries worldwide (Qatar, Egypt, UK, Sudan, Turkey & others ) in developing and managing huge and large scale projects.
Role: Civil Engineer (acting Site manager)
Project: Barwa Alkhor beach development (Al-Urjuan city project)

A huge project with 5.5 millions square meters area planned for (63, 600 populations) with a foot print area of (1, 713, 190) m2 including
(The largest shopping mall in Qatar, Hotels & Resorts, Golf course with international specifications, 2 Yacht marinas, Commercial buildings, Residential buildings with various heights, Different villas and Town houses compounds, 6 Schools, services buildings as fire station, police station, governmental services, , etc )
Responsibilities:
handling project site management role and responsibilities including leading Barwa site team to supervise and manage construction process of the infra-structure works, reviewing shop drawings and method statements, BOQ’s, Monthly invoices for contractor and consultant, assignments and actions recommendation regarding contractual claims, I used cost evaluation techniques and calculations to ensure that the project cost is kept to the minimum without losing quality and efficiency.

- Making a ( daily, weekly, monthly) reports for achieved work
- Finishing all the paper work needed by the government.
