• Follow up goods from the point of origin until arriving at warehouses.
• Receive and revise the proper documents, including transit and customs clearance documents.
• Coordinate with key players such as suppliers, warehouses, and site management in order to meet logistics cycle requirements.
• Coordinate with Customs Clearance Department to ensure that the consignments are cleared from Airport, Seaport, and land border on the time.
• Performing accurate forecasts of shipments’ total cost and advance payment.
• Ensure that the timely and correct processing of freights being delivered by trucks to the project's main warehouse at Makkah.
• Coordinate with warehouses responsible for receiving the materials and Unloading/ loading supplier vehicles, recording stocks, and carrying out stock-taking as and when requested.
• Ensure that goods are received according to quality, quantity, and temperature standards.
• Monitor inventory and make sure that stock is rotated as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports including import shipments, costs, customs clearance, and deliverance, and submit them to all concerned.
• Prepare and provide weekly reports of each package showing a comparison between quantity and percentage of materials either in en-route or delivered to warehouses.

• Ensure that documents are accurately processed, distributed, and released to a freight forwarder, carrier, and agents in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with key players such as suppliers and site management in order to meet logistics cycle requirements.
• Recording all the data related to import shipments into the in-house development logistics system.
• Save all the shipment documents using an organized way to make easy access to them.
• Coordinate with brokers to ensure that the shipments are cleared from Airport, Seaport, and land border.

• Ensure that the storage of goods received is at the correct location using materials handling equipment as trained to do so.
• Scan goods and allocating them according to the type of materials.
• Ensure that the collating area is kept tidy and organized.
• Monitor inventory and make sure that stock is rotated as required.
• Visit the company warehouses periodically to survey the above points.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports including import shipments, costs, customs clearance, and deliverance, and submit them to all concerned.
