Civil and Architecture Site Engineer to oversee the construction of villa and housing
buildings projects within NHC (National Housing Company) developments in Saudi
Arabia. Manage on-site construction activities, ensure adherence to architectural plans,
and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Accountability Areas:

1. Site Management: - Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities at the
construction site, ensuring that all work is executed according to the approved
architectural plans. - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and onsite workers to
ensure timely completion of construction projects. - Conduct regular site inspections to
monitor progress and adherence to design specifications.
2. Quality Control: - Inspect architectural details and finishes to ensure they meet the
required standards and specifications. - Identify and rectify any deviations from the
design plans in coordination with project architects and contractors. - Implement and
enforce quality control measures to maintain high construction standards.

3. Coordination and Communication: - Liaise with project stakeholders, including
architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to communicate project progress,
challenges, and solutions. - Organize and participate in site meetings to resolve any
onsite issues promptly. - Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project
managers and stakeholders.

4. Technical Expertise: - Interpret and analyze architectural plans, blueprints, and
specifications to guide construction activities. - Provide technical guidance and support
to construction teams to ensure accuracy and precision in building works. - Stay
updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project
efficiency and quality.
5. Safety and Compliance: - Ensure all construction activities comply with local building
codes, health and safety regulations, and project specifications. - Conduct regular
safety audits and enforce adherence to safety protocols to minimize workplace
incidents. - Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all workers.

*Finishing work at (compound ALBUROUJ)
*Responsible for three commercial building with basement to snag list and
infrastructural (underground tank, hardscape, utilities)
*Take necessary corrective actions on work requiring rework or remedial actions as
instructed and directed by Section Engineer.
Monitor, control, and coordinate the works of different trade subcontractors and report on
their progress and or trends for problems / delays to Section Engineer.
• Ensure that safety procedures are implemented on site and report any risks to Safety
Officer/Section Engineer.
• Maintain at all time site diary, recording daily site activities and any circumstances that
have adverse effect on the Project.
• Identifies and plans the inspection requirement for internal process along with his
schedule on next days planned inspections.
• Ensure that no work is submitted for inspection unless it is complete and complies with
all specified requirements.
• Distributes manpower with General foremen, including equipment and materials to
achieve the required progress and in compliance with the project quality requirements in
coordination with his Section Engineer.
• Supervises the activities of foremen, trade foremen, and land surveyors, each according
to his assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Ensures that only approved materials are used.

• Construction (Compound Cairo gate) EMAAR MISR, villa project
Coordinate, Control and follow up on installation and execution of all civil activities.
*Work on site closely with the subcontractors to execute project based on outlined
criteria.
*Make sure all structure shop drawings for the contractor are approved and all
activities are aligned with the time schedule, ensure all design engineering
procedures and project specifications are followed and follow up on site in the
implementation phases.
◦ Ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed,
approved by the consultant with respect to the project Specification and
Standards of practice.
◦ Provide technical assistance and respond to contractors inquiries on site that is
relate to construction projects.
◦ Prepare time schedule for executed work versus planned and report it to the
Construction Manager.
◦ Ensure contractors supply and services, monitor acceptance of tests and trial run.
◦ Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and review
material submittals and follow-up on the approval process.
◦ Ensure the implementation of Quality Management and Health & safety throughout
the project lifecycle.
Review the contractors List of Deliverables (Submittal of Drawings, design and
Materials) as well as ensures the compliance with the contract and project
requirements.

• Direct supervising the execution of construction works at Al-Sadat University in
site area 500 acres divided into ten faculties of science and divided each college to
building administrative and two buildings classes with different statically systems
(flat slabs- hollow block slabs-sold slabs- frames- shear wall -isolated footings
raft-combined footings).
• Direct supervising the execution of Bridge and U-turn with different statical
systems (1 year) projects within Military Engineering Authority.
