Performs associated cost estimates, prepares proposals and negotiates final settlement price and customer acceptance. • Manages costs, billings and collections. Completes project billings in a timely and accurate format to the client.

Project: Sewer Network, Storm Network, Potable Network, Irrigation Network, Communication Network, MV & LV Network, 26 Km roads, Landscaping, Potable Substation, Irrigation Substation, Storm Substation and 75, 000 m3 Pond. • Responsible for the comprehensive direction of organizing, measuring and leading the department in pursuit of job capture, job completion, and the ongoing process of work delivery. • Confirm assigned project is properly set up within the framework of company policies and procedures in regards to budgets, purchasing, manpower, safety, equipment, submittals, and schedule. • Facilitate the profitability of the projects by monitoring the job status, job costs, change orders, billing, and field personnel productivity. • Handle MIR’s, WIR’s b RFI’s and change orders. • Recommend solutions to either resolve issue and/or bring project back on schedule. • Review contracts for compliance and drawings to confirm estimating accuracy.
