• Act as the front-facing liaison between customers, contractors, and remote project development teams, ensuring smooth communication and technical alignment throughout the lifecycle of complex railway projects.
• Apply Project Strategy according to defined contractual and Project commitments and targets, as allocated on subsystem.
• Actively contributes to the overall Project performance, by timely alerting in case of deviations happening at the subsystem/s level, which impact the project objectives and by actively contributing to the management of risks, savings and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, instructions and standards, process & tools: Code of Ethics & Compliance, Environment Health & Safety, Railway Safety, Quality, PMM and all Métiers involved in sub-system scope.
• Ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and addressing potential issues proactively

•Engage with stakeholders to organize technical meetings, reviews, and clarify contract requirements including usability, reliability, safety, operational performance, and passenger concerns.
• Manage contract obligations by tracking engineering solutions, operational feasibility, QCD commitments, and endorsing trade-offs for project deliverables.
• Ensure technical engineering solutions are aligned with customer requirements and address the needs of train operators, maintenance crews, and passengers.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks that potentially impact customer interests or project milestones. Track customer-initiated contract deviations, record Variation Orders with Technical Amendments, and ensure compliance
with project baselines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to secure appropriate expertise for customer engagements and updates on product configuration, as well as the preparation of technical reports. Leverage internal best practices to guide customer decisions and drive enhanced project influence.

• Proactively manage internal interfaces with Projects Engineering, Industrial, and Supply.
• Responsible for field installation EHS.
• Ensure the application of Installation plans, procedures, Work Method Statements, in compliance with standard processes and products specifications.
• Oversee Installation Works for M&U Signaling equipment and related performance, including monitoring and coordinating actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, technical interfaces.
• Coordinate and assist the Sub-contractors, including monitoring the quality and delivery through site visits, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments.
• Ensure project installation according to project QCD commitment and to the defined installation methods and tools.
• Plan, organize and manage installation activities on the basis of PrEM's architecture schematics, provide installation plans, procedures, and layout.
• Provide specifications and BOQ for installation materials and tools.
• Coordinate with installation sourcing to ensure respect for installation materials QCD.
• Manage installation supply chain, including material control and storage. Work with the PrIDM.
• Supervise and validate installation work, both internal and that of partners or subcontractors.
• Ensure communication to PrEM & PrIDM & PrCOM & PrQSM of field information for REX.
• Ensure the quality of installation works (WQA & problem solving).
• Ensure the 4M readiness (Man, Machine, Method and Material).

Interface to other subsystems during the installation activities (Civil work, MEP, Track work, Power supply).
Monitor the installation subcontractors work progress and clear the technical issues.

Interface with road traffic light controller(TLC).

Ensure EHS (Environment Health &Safety) implementation during installation activities.

Pre & post installation documentation and ensure the approval from the client/consultant.

working closely with the consultant, contractors in resolution of site related problems and to ensure the identified deficiencies are repaired and update as to actual site conditions.

Manages the routine installation, testing site meetings and monitors subordinate workloads to maximize performance.

Monitors & reports the installation activities in response of maximum performance.

Installation of various train control system equipment like axle counters, Euroablise, signals, DCS equipment with backbone networks in track sides.

Installation support systems in the technical rooms.

Carry out the interface studies between our equipment and other systems like power, track, etc.,

Create, update and complete mechanical and electrical schematics, room equipment layout plans.

Realize mounting plans for installation (cable tray, grounding, equipment fixations).

Quantify the material necessary for the Signalling technical room and on-track installation.

Adaptation of standard solution to the field constraints,

Issue installation documents for execution, method statements, interface description, technical specification.

Participate in surveys in rooms and track to guarantee the good quality of As-designed and as built documents.

Support installation supervisors on technical details of installation design.

Clash analysis of depot with various subsystems and utilities.

Designing of cable schedule Indoor & Outdoor..

Preparation of various plans on Auto CAD such as,
• Table of Control.
• Scheme Plans(SIP).
• Cable Plans.
• Panel Diagrams. Etc.,

Verification of Electronic Interlocking Vital/Non-Vital Logic circuits.

Designing of installation drawings.

Discussing with Railway officials regarding technical issues on Plans and Circuits.

Making modifications in Plans and Circuits on CAD for quick approval.

Testing and commissioning of Various signalling systems like track circuits, mainline signals, etc.,
