Achievements and contributions:
1- Be part of the company ERP system in all the stage a member of the selection committee and implementing the ERP on the maintenance department.
2- Member of the production improvement circle committee.
3- Member of the RND committee in the company.
4- Worked on the expansion project as the technical member on adding 3 new factories to the company.
5- Leader on the project of factories expansion and reorganizing which started on 2021.

Job Description:
• Oversee, manage and direct all maintenance procedures and operations.
• Ensure all machinery is up to working standards.
• Develop the preventive maintenance plan (annual basis).
• Develop the department budget and monitor the plan implementation.
• Assess current maintenance work processes, to optimize efficiency
• Manage proactively.
• Use data analysis to help prepare for and prevent future problems.
• Create and implement measures to minimize breakdowns and repairs (performing quality checks of all machinery, tools, equipment etc)
• Troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts
• Train new employees in maintenance work processes and procedures.
• Create a work environment with safety as a high priority.
• Perform evaluations of employees to ensure quality of work.
• Record and track daily progress/error reports.
• Maintain vendor relationships and order new materials as needed.
• Enforce all health and safety rules and regulations according to state/federal laws and company protocol.
• Manage the contractors work in term of building, machines and production line works and provide the completion report to the procurement department.
• Follow up the PRs and POs with the procurement department to get sure that all the spare parts safety stock are maintain well.

About:
