About:
As the division has established recently, my main aim was to establish a new service department
in a proficient and modern manner to carry out all the service jobs, installation and project,
develop the policies, procedures and the suitable structures.
Achievements:
1- Develop the service department structure.
2- Filling the structure hierarchy by the suitable candidates, involved in the recruitment
process.
3- Develop the relation between the different level of the structure.
4- Develop the proper document/reports to run the department.
5- Develop a performance appraisal system and get the approval from the highest
management level in the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing all service and technical activities.
- Managing the installation projects at customer site.
- Managing and controlling the service team.
- Planning and scheduling the projects and service jobs.
- Receiving complaints from customers.
- Coordinate with customers before projects starting for all the project pre-arrangement.
- Managing the project cost, time, scope, quality and approval from customer.
- Communicate with the company suppliers in case of support, warranty and product
design (customized product) to get sure that the product is fit to the customer
requirements.

Managing all service works at the eastern region.
- Planning, scheduling and controlling the out-door and in-door service works.
- Issuing the spare parts and all the material required for service jobs.

workshop supervisor.

As the rentals division was a newly established, I was responsible of build a new service
departments to achieve the customer satisfaction and company revenue, I organized the
service team, in door and out-door, reducing the breakdown response time which is enable
us to maximizing company profit and team utilization.

* Supervising and leading boiler operators (operation, inspection, maintenance) and water
treatment unit operators.
