Achievements and contributions:
1- Be part of the company ERP system in all the stage a member of the selection committee and implementing the ERP on the maintenance department.
2- Member of the production improvement circle committee.
3- Member of the RND committee in the company.
4- Worked on the expansion project as the technical member on adding 3 new factories to the company.
5- Leader on the project of factories expansion and reorganizing which started on 2021.
Job Description:
• Oversee, manage and direct all maintenance procedures and operations.
• Ensure all machinery is up to working standards.
• Develop the preventive maintenance plan (annual basis).
• Develop the department budget and monitor the plan implementation.
• Assess current maintenance work processes, to optimize efficiency
• Manage proactively.
• Use data analysis to help prepare for and prevent future problems.
• Create and implement measures to minimize breakdowns and repairs (performing quality checks of all machinery, tools, equipment etc)
• Troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts
• Train new employees in maintenance work processes and procedures.
• Create a work environment with safety as a high priority.
• Perform evaluations of employees to ensure quality of work.
• Record and track daily progress/error reports.
• Maintain vendor relationships and order new materials as needed.
• Enforce all health and safety rules and regulations according to state/federal laws and company protocol.
• Manage the contractors work in term of building, machines and production line works and provide the completion report to the procurement department.
• Follow up the PRs and POs with the procurement department to get sure that all the spare parts safety stock are maintain well.
Service Manager (Reporting to the GM)
Product: (over head crane, weighbridge, weighing and lifting systems, air compressors, power generator, vibro hammer foundation equipment, Loading Arms).
Subordinate: units warehouse, spare parts warehouse, service coordinators, weighing supervisor, lifting supervisor, projects team.
Key Customer: ARAMCO, SABIC, TASNEE, MAADIN, SADARA, NESMA, BAKER HUGHES.
About:
As the division has established recently, my main aim was to establish a new service department in a proficient and modern manner to carry out all the service jobs, installation and project, develop the policies, procedures and the suitable structures.
Achievements:
1- Develop the service department structure.
2- Filling the structure hierarchy by the suitable candidates, involved in the recruitment process.
3- Develop the relation between the different level of the structure.
4- Develop the proper document/reports to run the department.
5- Develop a performance appraisal system and get the approval from the highest management level in the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing all service and technical activities.
- Managing the installation projects at customer site.
- Managing and controlling the service team.
- Planning and scheduling the projects and service jobs.

- Managing all service works at the eastern region.
- Planning, scheduling and controlling the out-door and in-door service works.
- Issuing the spare parts and all the material required for service jobs.
- Managing the service team including service technicians, service coordinator and workshop supervisor.
- Set the performance appraisal and make the evaluation quarterly.
- Manage the service department petty cash and get sure that the team always ready to attend the customer jobs at time.

As the rentals division was a newly established, I was responsible of build a new service departments to achieve the customer satisfaction and company revenue, I organized the service team, in door and out-door, reducing the breakdown response time which is enable us to maximizing company profit and team utilization.

Develop, maintain, inspect and control all maintenance procedures as per high standards, covering all Plant machinery, equipment, facilities, and assets.
Follow and follow up the applied procedure of TQM and 6 sigma and evaluate the system with responsible sections monthly.
Formulate and implement Preventive maintenance plans of all plant machinery and equipment to minimize breakdowns, and unscheduled downtime.

Assist in sourcing new machinery and equipment renewals based on due diligence, including technical specification.

Started in the plant rehabilitation project, to reform the plant which was shut down since 1991, my main role was to make inspection and record to all the factory equipments, identify the requirements, communicate with suppliers and fix it, hiring the maintenance team, staffing, organizing and leading.
