Production and logistics.
Plan, manage and supervises.
- The establishment of the company batch plant from the design phase to production phase.
-Production manager will to lead manufacturing operations with the objective of ensuring manufacturing excellence
- and define and cascade manufacturing unit metrics in line with company's business strategy
- Define budgets and cost structure for manufacturing unit, working capital, cash flows and product mix.
-Define and achieve financial metrics of profitability, productivity, cost optimization and capacity utilization
-Initialed and implement best practices angularity management and plant management. Create, define, oversee various committees and work group to enhance teamwork and coordination, Approve departmental budgets, plans, resource requirements and broad roles.

The establishment of the company batch plant from the design phase to the production phase.
Regular and the periodical maintenance programs of the electrical and Mechanical Equipments
The negotiations and the closing of the deals with the different suppliers
Provide immediate support and technical advice to manage emergency cases.
Production & Maintenance and Logistics .
Plan, manage and supervises the following:
- The establishment of the company batch plants from the design phase to the production phase.
- Batch plants shutdowns and start-up.
- Mobilization of the equipment from/to the different sites.
- Regular and the periodical maintenance programs of the plants equipment, and vehicles as per the set standard.
- The maintenance of the mechanical and hydraulic activities and tasks including history and performance.
- The negotiation and the closing of the deals with the different suppliers providing equipment vehicles and spare parts covering the maintenance requirements .
- Provide immediate support and technical advice to manage emergency cases including manpower and equipment reaction.
- Plan for the regular assessment of maintenance and installation resources and logistics requirements.
