● Responsible of Maintenance of fleet consist of 3000 Equipment (Steam Boilers, HPWJ Pumps, Trucks, Trailers, Catalyst Handling Equip., Super suckers, Centrifugal Pumps, Mobile Cranes, Generator Sets, Air Compressors, DDT M/Cs, Life Support Equip., hydro-test M/Cs, Welding Equip., …etc.)
● Setting, Review of Annually Fleet Maintenance Budget Including Stock Control, Spare Parts, Employment Hiring, Purchase New Equipment, Consumables Saving and Training Plans.
● Support Estimation / Tentative Manpower & Equipment requirement
● Receive Manpower & Equipment Plan for awarded projects
● Ensures Maintenance Department Functions at Maximum Level of Efficiency and Highest Quality Possible by Responding to Management Requests, Maintaining Supplies, Maintaining Fleet in Working Order as Required
● Analyze, Control and report on effective utilization of equipment at all sites
● Ensures That Performance Appraisals for Direct Reports and Department Personnel is conduct in a Thorough and Timely Manner..
● Maintain QHSE and Customer Care Standards.

▪ Preventative Maintenance Compliance (Attendance Rate of Planned PM Fleet)

● Responsibility for service, maintenance, diagnosis and repair 1100 Fleet items Consisting of Trucks, Trailers and lifting equipment
● Liaise with workshop to ensure that maintenance plans are implemented correctly and on timely manner
Coordinate with stores and procurement to ensure parts availability for the planned maintenance and repairs
● Ensures that Performance Appraisals for Direct Reports and Department Personnel is conducting a Thorough and Timely Manner
● Possesses and Remains Knowledgeable on All up to date Manuals and Maintenance Instructions for Trucks, Equipment and Machinery within Company Fleet.
● Development Preventive Maintenance Programs According to Operation & Service Manuals of the Equipment Original Manufacturer
● Maintain QHSE and Customer Care Standards.
● Setting and Supervision of Long and Short Plan with Operations Branch Managers in Order to Continues Improvement for Fleet Performance, Availability, Efficiency and Achieving Maximum Fleet Utilization
● Setting and Achievement of Cost Control Plan Within Annual Budget
● Monitor, Approve and follow up All Workshops Repair and Maintenance Activities Through ERP Oracle System

● Directly Supervises All the Company Equipment, Fleet Operations and Carries Out Supervisory Responsibilities in Accordance with The Organization Policies
● Set a Strong Partnership Between Fleet Department and Projects, Operation, Planning Departments to Achieve Best Effective Performance of Whole Company
● Achieve Maximum Utilization of Fleet Components And
● Setting and Supervision of Long and Short Plan with Projects Managers in Order to Continues Improvement for Fleet Performance, Availability, Efficiency and Achieving Maximum Fleet Utilization
● Submit Monthly KPI’S Reports About Fleet Revenues, Expenses, Availability and Asset Utilization (AU) Calculations
● Manage The Fleet Staff to Insure High Delivery of Projects Service and Fleet Profitability Including Responsibility of Hiring and Recruitment Plan
● Setting and Achievement of Cost Control Plan Within Annual Budget
● Monitor All Workshops Repair and Maintenance Activities
● Serve as a Technical Advisor to Field Equipment Personnel to Ensure Equipment (Owned, Leased) Remains Operational So That Construction/ Projects Productivity Schedules Are Met
● Manages and Directs Effective Maintenance and Repair Programs, Equipment Safety Programs, And Equipment Utilization On Company Projects and Equipment Leased to The Company

● Supervision of All Vehicles &Equipment Maintenance and Repair Activities in Both of Project Site and Workshop - Typical Tasks Include Engine Overhauls, Transmission Overhaul, Brakes Systems, Differentials, Hydraulic Systems and Electrical Systems
● Manage Daily Yard Workshops Activities I.E. Equipment on Break Down, Repair, Ready for Job Etc.
● Issue Job Orders, Purchase Requests for All Workshop Repair Activities
● Utilize The Technician Team to Achieve Maximum Fleet Reliability and Minimum Downtimes
● Direct Supervision of Applying Periodic Maintenance Programs and Keep Periodic Maintenance History Files for Each Equipment
● Deliver Technical Advices for All Workshop Technician
● Submit Daily Report About Pending Jobs with Complete Statement
● Responsibility of Direct Planning, Management and Supervision of Transportation Process and Ensuring Drivers & Operators Compliance with Company Regulations
● Conduct Weekly & Monthly Safety Meetings for Maintenance Skilled Trade Group

● Setting of All Daily/Weekly/Monthly Check Lists for All Plant Machines
● Apply Root Cause Analysis Techniques (RCA) To Solve Plant Chronic Problems
● Set Preventive Maintenance Plans for All Plant Machines & Equipment
● Submit monthly OEE KPI’s reports for all plant machines
● Setting & Supervision of The Annual Shutdown Plan of 60% of Whole Plant
● Make A Stock Control Plans for Spare Parts & Consumables
● Responsibility of Troubleshooting, Maintenance Plans, Overhauls for All Plant Hydraulic Systems
● Providing Training and Assessment for Workplace Related Competences in Safety, Machine Operation and Technical Jobs Related
● Quality Through Engaging in Inspections, Audits, Investigation and Hazards Analysis
● Setting The Weekly Repair & Maintenance Plans for 3 of Total 5 Areas of Plant (Core, Molding and Melting
● Department) and Supervision of Their Execution

1. Check vehicles errors, diagnose and adjust of vehicle parameters by manufacturer software
Using diagnosis system of VAZ and LUNCH PC
2. Supervision of all maintenance and service jobs for all clients vehicles
3. Supervision Hand on participation in main repair of vehicles such like engines and transmission
Gearboxes overhauls
4. Issue all job orders and test all vehicles after finish job orders and before delivery to the client
5. Set the spare parts & consumables plan for the workshop
