Senior Mechanical engineer ( Take Materials & drawings approval from consultant, Supervise sub-contractors for HVAC and F.F. solve problems for site and coordinate with other activities .Make BOQ and variations. Make nessecary design.
HVAC site and technical office engineer in Conference and high managment building
1.involved complete design activities by discussing with design engineer for taking approval of shop drawings from consultant
2.I have took all the material approval from consultant by explaining Its functions and specifications to the consultant while material inspection
3.I had take care all the coordination drawing of MEP services by giving support to the draftsman and other service Engineers.
4.. I have looked the HVAC materials which are reaching to the site by arranging manpower/ fore clip for unloading, Checking quantities & Specification as per P.O and updating same to H.O. including balance quantities & follow up H.O for remaining materials.
5.I have involved in preparing of the Billable quantities Like Duct etcs, & I have sat with consultant QS for taking approval of the same by visiting site and explaining as he required information .
6.I took approval of BOQ Variation quantities and non BOQ items from consultant by discussion and explaining proper reasons to the consultant with help of H.O.
7.Planning of HVAC work, Manpower & Materials as per site condition in weekly basis and same updated to H.O.
8.Preparing and submitting RFI’s to the consultant for Received materials, Completed work & Testing of Duct and also follow up(Bringing consultant to the site ) with consultant for inspection of submitted RFI’s and also same time I followed up to consultant to get approval copy, Same information updated to H.O. time to time .
9.Discussing with consultant and taking final solution for any problem came at site with respect to the Design while installation of HVAC system.
