Collecting, compile, encoding nutrition data, preparing nutrition staff needed in out reach, observing the nutrition assistants, preparing 10 per cent sugar water for the malnourished children in the waiting area, monitoring the procedure of appetite test for the new admitted children
HP activities:
Conducting training for the CHWs, organizing meetings with community leaders ( teachers, youth union, women union, Imam of the Mosques, ) monitoring and observing CHWs activities, holding sessions for the beneficiaries, conducting health messages for the community
Monitoring the activities of the nurse in the Hospital, make sure the roster is full time covered, monitoring the shifts specialty the night one is covered, preparing the drug list for all the sections, observing the patients need close observation some times, preparing and attending the morning round, helping the doctors in every thing that they need in order to run the Hospital will, giving some trainings for the Nurses in health care some times and many other things to do in terms of health care if requested by the doctors.
