Preparation of financial statements and activity reports that highlight business finances and forecasts
for the Affiliates companies.
- Ensure accurate monthly closing with analytical review for the Affiliates companies.
- Controlling and evaluate all completed work, findings and recommendations for accuracy, adequacy
and presence of sufficient supporting documentation for the Affiliates companies.
- Planning for the year end and interim Audit and Coordinate with the External Auditors for the
Affiliates companies.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, Capital Market Authority and corporate governance requirements
with regards to financial reporting.
- Review the financial policies of Affiliates and their applicability and appropriateness.
- Preparation of financial statements for Tasnee holding quarterly and year end in a timely manner with
all audit requirements.
- Review IFRS opening, quarterly and annual consolidated Financial Statements including setting up
disclosure requirements templates and process.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of required statutory financial reports accordance with
generally accepted accounting principles in KSA.
- Preparation of annual reports and other investor related materials.
