Delta Marketing Retail department holds a strategic partnership with adidas and Reebok - presently operating over 35 flagship stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Supporting operation department day-to-day tasks to understand Saudi Arabia market.
Building a good relationship with local customers.
Evaluate local market competition, as well marketing activities.
Coaching and development product knowledge for the sales stores.
Managed visual branding in and out assigned stores.
Engaging with adidas / Reebok walk-in customers to get the right feedback.
Handling actively contribute to the development of business initiatives including new stores.
Plan, develop and implement effective retail marketing programs in order to promote brand awareness.
Budget management. To deliver all marketing activities within budget.
Design and implement corporate marketing strategies and develop activities that maximize the consumer experience and drive traffic to retail stores and social media platforms
Supporting operation department for driving more customer’s to adidas / Reebok stores.
Supporting operation department for his business plan
Establish marketing/sales information systems and databases to include customer feedback analysis and to capture key customer information.
Build and manage the groups relevant brands websites and online marketing through social media platforms.
Communicate with the retail operations team in order to implement in-store promotions.
Consumer Engagement Team Leader (FMCG/Tobacco)
Responsible for activation plan strategy for Philip Morris Brands (Merit, L&M, Parliament Brands, Specialist Marlboro Family Brand), and proposing, developing and introducing relevant line extensions for the brands that contribute to share and volume growth across the region.
Responsibilities:
Managed consumer engagement brands activation across the GCC.
Prepare annual plans targeting the increase of local market share to meet the objectives of the brand within set budget
Managing OPS and LAMPS a budgeting, as well products distribution and product visibility.
Implement and monitor business plan activities, including new product launches.
Lead the product development process.
Organized events related to activation plan across the GCC / (Formula1 Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Red Rush Italy, Red Rush Monaco, Shiny villa KSA, Social gathering KSA).
Design and implement consumer activities.
Manage and develop key relationships with clients.
Monitor sales activities and promotions through site visits to ensure KPI’s were being met.
Managed vendor and agency relationships.
Selected and trained promotion staff.
Managed Mystery Shopper Program and the collection/analysis of market and competitors intelligence.
Responsible for Assist GOLD’S GYM Marketing Manager on KSA Media & events plan strategy and be closer from rite Press Releases and other editorial content.

Manage close relations with write Press Releases and other editorial content
Keeping strong relations with the media key contact people and prepare Media reports
Handling PR and events action plan.
Handling Media plan with PR & Events Director as well as the marketing department
Ensure PR/Events budget is closely monitored with PR & Events Director
Liaise with clients and ensure excellent feedback efficiency to customer queries.
Preparing all promotional activities and events needed presentations for clients’ visits.
