Managed digital product development across multiple automotive marketplaces, including Carlist, Mobil123, Carmudi and One2Car, serving users across Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Led product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritisation and delivery in collaboration with engineering, design, QA, commercial and local market teams. Delivered product initiatives including Storyly integration, AI-powered WhatsApp lead generation, analytics and customer engagement improvements. The WhatsApp AI chatbot generated approximately 7, 349 leads per month, while the Storyly integration achieved strong engagement and a 17.2% click-through rate on Mobil123. Used customer insights, product analytics and business metrics to identify opportunities, define requirements, measure outcomes and continuously improve the product experience.
