As group financial controller, wholly accountable for leadership of strategic direction, tactical planning, and daily operational supervision of finance departments of the group
Key responsibility was to coordinate all accounting, financial reporting and operating data analysis activities for all business units;

Introduced an integrated computer system across all business units covering financial accounting, stock control, sales invoicing, order processing and production schduling,
Reorganized all group operations into business units in order with a structured accounts chart to evaluate business performance of individual branches
Supervised preparations of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, cost reports of the group and introduced budgetary comparisons and controls
Introduced a 5 year corporate plan for the group and managed the annual objective setting and performance management metrics accordingly

The Finance Manager has the overall responsibility of planning, coordination and execution in the project office for all matters related to financial and administrative tasks;
The Finance Consultant has the overall responsibility of planning, coordination and execution in the project office for all matters related to financial and administrative tasks during the project durations; Also introducing financial systems and controls,
Ensuring compliance of field sites with the company’s financial management policies and procedures; Preparing and monitoring regularly all project spending and budget balance; Compile financial reports and conduct financial analysis periodically.
