* Achievements:
- Leading Lean project "Trend Control", which achieved waste reduction by 8% out of total waste, and increased revenue by 1 Million on yearly basis.
- Leading Six Sigma project "Vanilla MC%", which achieved breakthrough improvement for Vanilla MC% process through increasing sigma level from 1.41 to 3.38.
* Responsibilities:
- Following up on quality of production lines and solving any technical problems as they arise.
- Participating in the application of PLS.
- Ensuring the application of quality standards (ISO 22000 - OSHAH) in all processes.
- Ensuring the application of lean manufacturing.
- Preparing daily reports.

* Achievements:
1 - Participating in cost reduction project "Weights Control" by Identifing and controlling growth weight of every SKU to represent the actual & required volume, saving on average around 17K EGP per Ton of SKU.
2 - Collecting, organizing and documenting 80% of our plant raw materials data as required to comply with ISO 22000 & BRC.
3 - Updating and establishing around 12 SOPs & WIs for Lab & Quality operations.
4 - Maintaining and updating calibration & ICP records for 80% of Lab Instruments to be more reliable.
5 - Establishing ICP procedure specified for Foss Milkoscan, which is considered as CNS of Lab.
6 - Performing visual management inside Juhyana Lab to reduce time wasted during testing & to encourage for safety environment.

* Responsibilities:
1- Supervising on line control for 5 to 7 lines/shift:
- Implement Food Safety Management and HACCP system and plan for continuous development.
- Daily releasing for accepted tanks, lines and final products on SAP ERP.
- Controlling filling lines according to products specifications.
- Sharing in performing GMP and Pest control practices.
- Sharing in maintaining quality management system with QA.
2- Supervising on chemistry lab technician's tasks, such as:
- Receipt of raw milk and perform necessary tests to determine the quality of milk.
- Perform necessary analysis of Juhayna final milk products and also analysis for productive work during packing.
- Perform necessary chemical analysis for factory water.
- Perform analysis of raw materials through chemical methods inside the lab, according to Egyptian Manner Specification.
- Release Juhayna daily products that have been manufactured through Implementing of the necessary analysis.
- Enter data for all day analysis on the SAP ERP.
- Control the production line and make sure from quality of Juhayna products.
- Sharing in maintaining quality management system with QA.
- Improving our lab performance & QMS to comply with ISO:17025.
