As a Site Manager in Sidra hospital and research center (QR 10.0 billion) - Education City -Doha-Qatar, Mr. Mohamed is responsible for Creating and Implementing Systems (Ex. Check Lists) to ensure Consistency and Clarity in Site inspections and Reports of all Site Engineers, provide Direction and Information to all Subordinates, and as a Link between KEO Various Design Personnel and KEO Site Personnel and Resident Engineer or Construction Manager. Other Responsibilities to Coordinate With KEO engineering, architectural and MEP departments for Their Input on regular basis throughout the Construction, attend, Conduct Weekly Meeting or Where Directed, review the documentation adequacy throughout project life time, ensure micro planning in Place, Ensure a site engineers has been appointed to record Materials delivered to site are documented ( only approved Material to be used), Evaluate Contractor resources against the program for adequacy and take the necessary actions, review and Sign off, countersign work method statements, RFIT, SDR, SVR, NCN, NCR and MDS, Confirm the works under taken in compliance with relevant project specifications, assist or conduct meetings with design team, assistant resident engineers or site engineers, review and sign off the contents of assistant resident engineers and site engineers diaries on daily basis, , ensure Design Status is achieved to meet the GCOC, overview document Status and What Delay, ensure all subordinate staff fulfils the requirements of their Job Description and Provide Training where required, Provide direction where possible for contractors to aid progress, Maintain the Quality objectives outlined in KEO Quality Management Systems in conjunction with the GCOC . Ensure Work Place Safety Requirements are met.
As a Site Manager in Design and Construction of Sidra hospital and research centre (Hospital, outpatient clinic, Central Service Building, Multi Story Staff Car Park, Water Tank and Helipad And Mosque) including Equipment, infra-structure and landscape work (USD 4.0 billion) - Education City - Doha-Qatar, is responsible for section in project -Schedule, organize and supervise smooth functions of the project and delegate authorities to project/ Site Engineers, Forman and Charge Hands for proper and effective use of manpower, equipment & other resources, Evaluate & take appropriate prompt actions for the health, security and safety & welfare of all employees at the Project, Organize & manage all resources and project construction activities to achieve an efficient and effective completion of the contract, within the agreed time and cost, Plan, execute, monitor contractual commitment of The project & Liaise with Client/ Consultant Engineers Local Authorities for project requirements, Represent section manager for meetings and take action as per the discussed decision and follow up for completion of the same, co-ordinate with all in-house/ external service providers & sub-contractor for smooth operation and effective planning and utilization of resources, conduct regular meeting with Engineers & Forman to evaluate the progress contractual & design issues and initiate prompt & appropriate action, implement program and closely monitor the usage of manpower, equipment and materials to ensure that the job costs do not exceed the budgeted target and the work done is promptly, Ensure that all Engineers, Forman, charge hand, skilled and unskilled & PMV workers understand their area of responsivities and carry out their given tasks efficiently and diligently to achieve the objectives of the company, Monitor requisitions for materials at site and ensure materials are not wasted, Maintain all stores records, receipt, issues & maintain assets, inventories, etc, Ensure that the quality plan QHSE policies, IMS procedures are implemented to achieve Customer/ Client satisfaction, Arrange periodical performance appraisal of projects staffs & workers & submit Recommendation to Section manager, performs additional duties as required by Section manager, Promote QHSE plan among all project Team/Dept. and ensure at all time the quality, environmental, health and safety management system procedures are followed and continue improvement until effectiveness of the integrated Management system is achieved.

Coordination with MEP dept. regarding MEP activities in relation with civil activities, Coordination with plant dept. regarding equipment and machines, Coordination with ES&H departments regarding all safety issues and risk assessment, Coordination with planning dept. regarding look ahead and 4 weeks rolling programs Attending all weekly meetings such as safety meeting, quality meeting, construction meeting, coordination meeting and 4 weeks rolling meeting.
