o Leading over-all BIM design processes of all the Systems Contractors for red Line Gold Line, Green line, major stations, depots and stabling yards.
o BIM Leader over Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd, Mitsubishi Corporation, Hitachi Corporation, Kinki Sharyo, Thales Corporation Fujita and Panasonic.
o BIM Leader for all subsystems and integrated processes from BIM design to Maintenance Management Systems.
o Prepare clash analysis.
o Coordinate the process and check that the models work together.
o Make sure that the information is inter-operable and up to date.
o Keep records for BIM models status which have been submitted from Contractors, and ensure that the files size, and versions are up to date.
o Following up the BIM work flow, the BIM implementation plan and ensure that the Contractors are following them.
o Ensure that the Contractors are following the required standards at design.
o Develop, lead and assist project teams in BIM project set up.
o Participate in the process of developing BIM standards for projects across the company.
o Ensure that the implementation of BIM aligns with the Client’s CAD-BIM Strategy and links appropriately with the wider business.
o Comply with the requirements of all discipline QA/QC procedures.
o Review COBIE sheets along side with the BIM models.

o Participate in the preparation of the 3D model for the LOD-300 and LOD-500 As per the red lines.
o Creates integrated BIM models for visual coordination.
o Coordinate the process and check that the models work together for all departments.
o Run, Identify and document clashes between different discipline models as Reports.
o Keep records for BIM models status which have been submitted from sub-contractors, and ensure that the files size, and versions are up to date.
o Following up the BIM work flow, the BIM execution plan, modeling guide line and ensure that the sub-contractors are following them.
o Ensures that all submitted data is compliant with British Standards BS1192-2007.
o To develop and maintain Revit content libraries through participation of family creation.
o Review Revit “warnings” to help keep model problems to a minimum.
o Attend project kickoff meetings to help ensure that everyone understands the BIM process.
o If necessary work with each discipline to help clarify and resolve any identified clashes.
o Leading internal/External Coordination Meetings that are attended by all project stakeholders to identify all relevant clashes.
o Create BIM QC KPI’s.
o Extract quantities and create take off sheets.
o Create Health check list for each package to insure that BIM models are following both of client/client representative requirements.
o 4D process: Coordinate and assist in the 4D simulation between planning department and BIM department.
o LOD-300: Validate the BIM models to the IFC drawings.
o LOD-400: Validate the BIM models to the Shop drawings.
o LOD-500: Validate the implementation of the red lines to the BIM models.

o Preparing the Architectural Modeling and Shop drawings using BIM Technology.
o Coordinating project shop drawings Architecturally, Structurally and Mechanically.
o Checking and solving contradictions & conflicts that occur during the construction.
o Review Revit “warnings” to help keep model problems to a minimum.
o Reviewing material submittals from subcontractors according to the specifications.
o Dealing with International Standards & Codes like; ANSI, CSI, ASTM, and NFPA.
o Checking the requirements of medical equipment & preparing fitting out drawings.
o Preparing and Reviewing Requests for Information.

o Participated in preparation of the preliminary proposed design for various types of buildings and design development stages.
o Provide working drawings with high quality conversant with Saudi and international codes (IBC, ADA) and achieving all engineering disciplines requirements.
o Coordinating project drawings Architecturally, Structurally and Mechanically.

o Prepare Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawing of the project.
o Coordinating project shop drawings Architecturally, Structurally and Mechanically.
o Prepare the Quantity Survey of the project.
o Prepare the Invoices for both the subcontractors and the consultant.
