• Prepare Cost Plan using international methodology standards N.R.M-1 for adherence to international cost plan principles, and for the preparation of detail Bills of Quantities by NRM-2 and POMI as applicable.

Job Summary
The duties were as follows and not limited to.

Prepares all cost aspects of civil and building work on projects from inception to final account. To ensure all expenditure is kept to a minimum and all revenue is maximized as early as possible all without compromising Employer.

I am responsible for (not limited to):
• The review of Contract general terms and conditions to highlight areas of risk, ambiguities, conflicts, or deviations from the scope of work and the actions required.
• Follow up with the site construction team & technical team for collecting the progress details
• Ensures and monitors that payment application is submitted to the employer, no later than the due date.
• Ensures all interim payment applications are received on time from the subcontractors and included into KCT applications and submitted on time to the Employer
• Ensures to complete and submit monthly cost value reconciliations, cost-to-complete (CTC) reports, and profitability projections within constrained period of the valuation submission.
• Preparation of Forecasted cash flow analysis including regular monitoring on monthly basis.

The duties were as follows and not limited to:
• Responsible for managing all project cost from pitch to completion, quantity takeoff for initial budget proposals for the cost of the project.
• Ensure that monthly Interim payment Applications are submitted on time as per site progress and provide necessary supporting documents to justify the claims as per the contractual requirement.
• Follow up with project managers for proper supporting documents such as marked-up drawings, inspection reports (MIR, WIR, NCR etc..) for the preparation of the monthly Interim payment application.

• Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ) prepares comparison sheets for quotation from suppliers and subcontractor.
• Responsible for tender document / Bid Invitation to Sub-Contractors and Vendors.
• Checked and certifying for sub-contractors monthly interim payment claimed including variation orders if they complying in accordance with the contract or as per site executed
• Preparing quantity takes off and marked-up drawings for the preparation of the monthly Interim payment application.
• Responsible for monthly Interim payment Application based on site work executed or as per site progress and provide necessary supporting document to justify the claims.
• Responsible for variation order claimed for additional works which is not mention in the contract BOQ but shall require to completing the job.
• Prepare unit rate analysis sheet or estimated unit rate for new items to support the variation order claims for the additional works.
• Represent the company on commercial meetings to discuss issues and disputes regarding claims and variation order.

The duties were as follows and not limited to:

• Quantity take-offs, Re-measurement for all items quickly by using Auto Cad & LISP software techniques.
• Prepare monthly interim payment Application (IPA) and liaise with the client Quantity surveyor to get mutually agree on the final amount and get certified IPC
• Regular site visit, measure & record work in order to get actual progress of each for IPC & to maintain record of & S/C progress.

• inspection report (M.I.R.), site instruction (S.I.'s), and nonconformity reports (N.C.R.'s) for the Purpose of valuation.
